I got this laptop in December of 2023 for school purposes. Spring Break 2024 I left for a week and the laptop was great and the screen was still working and not cracked. When I returned from vacation I went to log in and do some work and somehow it got damaged and it was no where near anything that could have damaged it. I do believe this was an accident but unsure what happened. The Laptop came with a year warranty under Lenovo.com so there is still aprox. 7 months left. It doesn't cover accidentally damage. I went ahead and got a new one so I am looking to get rid of this. I can say that I hooked up my HDMI cord from the laptop to my television and it worked great. My loss is some ones gain. I really hate that this happened, it is a good computer.Serial Number is PY003718. You can verify the warranty for factory coverage....
