2- I specify \'No Returns\', but I am happy to refund or replace any item that you receiveand believe may be defective AND pay the shipping cost. However, after a few claims I have begun testing the parts that have been returned to me, only to discover that they are working fine. If this is the case I will have to charge the buyer back for the cost of shipping the replacement item and the item that was claimed as defective. Since I sell items so cheap as to completelynullify the price of the item upon shipping 3 times. Please check your equipment upon installation. Blow out the RAM slots with canned air, test the harddrive in a second computer before thinking it\'s broken. I\'m an A+ certified computer technician of 19 years and have seen various strange issues with computer equipment, I would like to avoid a situation like this if at all possible.
