With an improved memory capacity of 64KB, the 1200XL had limited compatibility with existing 800/400 software and games, making it somewhat unpopular at the time. Condition: This Atari 1200XL is in exceptional condition. It includes the original packing Styrofoam and box.Cosmetic Condition: Very clean with minimal wear. There is a small piece of clear plastic broken off on the right side (see photos) and a small dent on the Break key. There are a few minor scratches on other metal keys, but overall, the machine looks almost brand new.Box Condition: The box is passable but not in great condition, with one exterior flap missing.
