All Dvds in our store are sold in the correct casing. There are no discs loose in case when sold toyou. We are not responsible for it becoming loose in transit. If you want extra security, please email us andwe will package it just to ensure it doesn’t loosen in transit. If the DVD/Blu Ray is under $14.99 we willship at media mail and if it is over $14.99 we will ship first class. Sales, Coupons, or Discounts will be appliedfirst and we ship off the final total. Wewill ship media mail, if an offer was given or taken, regardless of finaltotal.

Books

We strive for selling quality products. All books are inspected by us beforelisting. The only thing that isacceptable is a name, stamp or sticker on the front or back cover, which mostof the time is listed on the photo descriptions. We do not sell books with markings on any ofthe text pages. All stickers, pricetags, or labels have been removed. We do not use stock pics, we ship what yousee in the pics, unless we have more than 1 to sell. We recommend referring to pics for any minordamage for each particular listing.

Shipping

We will automatically ship at the cheapest rate unless thebuyer specifies differently, at the buyer’s expense. We provide 1 day shipping on all purchases.We offer same day shipping Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays on purchases madebefore 3pm and Tuesday and Thursdays on purchase made before 12:30pm. If an order is sent back to us due to anaddress issue or the buyer not picking up the package from the post office. We will only reship the package after thebuyer pays the shipping costs or we will refund the order minus thee shippingwe already paid.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of PURCHASE atthe buyers expense. The buyer isresponsible to purchase a new shipping label to return the product. Packagesmust be returned in original condition that it was sent out, meaning all newitems need to be in the original package factory sealed to get a refund. Refunds will be given within 24 hours of thepackage being delivered and inspected.There is a $1.99 restocking fee for anything under a pound in weight and$4.99 restocking fee for anything above 1lb in weight.

NO Refunds on any listings that say As Is or ForParts unless item is not as described.Please make sure the item is the correct item, before purchasing.
