Powers on and chimed but not tested further as I do not have a display or keyboard/mouse to test. It sounds like the bearings on the airflow fan on the bottom of the computer are shot so it will likely need to be replaced. Cosmetic wear to the cabinet including large scratches. Missing one of the bottom feet.
I opened the case so you can see the interior components that are included. I cannot guarantee that the computer or its hardware are fully functional. I only know that it powered on and chimed.
