Vintage Digital Logic Microlab / Don Lancaster - PRE Altair IMSAI computer era:
$101.00

For your consideration is an assembled Digital Logic Microlab kit which was featured in the April 1970 issue of Popular Electronics magazine. The cover story including design, assembly, and theory of operation was written by the famous author, inventor, and microcomputer pioneer Don Lancaster. Availability of this and similar products provided tools for individuals seeking hands on education in the emerging field of digital logic applications even before the introduction of the Intel 4 bit 4004 microprocessor in 1971.
This Digital Logic Microlab includes the original jumper wires used to interconnect the various digital circuits at terminal posts on the top of the panel. When plugged in, several lights come on but the unit has not been thoroughly tested and is being sold as is. The unit is well made and clean throughout with the exception that the main faceplate shows minor signs of corrosion (please see photos). Nothing else is included.
