The sound card is in good and working condition. I was able to test this card on my Windows 98 test rig running in MS-DOS mode. It should work in MS-DOS and Windows 3.x/95. It will not work in Windows 98 or higher. I was able to use the 82C929A DOS driver from the Phil's Computer Lab website which is essentially the driver for the Opti Chip on board. It successfully tested 8-Bit, 16-Bit, and FM Synthesis.
