how to setup scanner

How to setup scanner in knoppix 3.3 hard disk install?
my scanner is a usb 'Mustek 1200 UB plus'
according to sane's website it is supported. the question now is how do i set it up?

could someone tell me how to setup the scanner? here is the output as root. as you can see the command 'sane-find-scanner' found the scanner 'found USB scanner (vendor=0x05d8, product=0x4002, chip=GT-6801?) at libusb:002:002'. ok now what do i do to set it up in my system?
