Something goes wrong with update_progress

Knoppix-autoconfig creates a progress file in /etc/sysconfig and inside it should be number 100.

After my remastering I have !progress file created. So something goes wrong with update_progress? What can I do? Anyhow, my CD works fine, so does this matter?

I'm still wondering what causes /etc/sysconfig/progress file to fail (created by knoppix-autoconfig).

My CDs works fine as a live-CD but hard disk installation seems to fail (kernel panic - unable to mount root fs). Does this progress process has something to do with that?
